who are we looking for

- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional work experience in sales / telesales
- Must be willing to negotiate with clients and drive services sales.
- Motivated attitude and comfort with cold-calling
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Strong organization skills, team lead experience.
- Inside Sales background is helpful, but not required
- Deep understanding of services business required
- English and French.

The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be aggressive, goal- oriented, articulate and possess sound phone and email skills. He will have experience selling Services into the Server/Storage space. A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must.
Representatives will work with field partners and end-user customers in English and in French drive opportunities and education around Lenovo's portfolio offerings. Account Representatives will identify and qualify services opportunities using a variety of Lenovo pricing and inventory management tools. They will also receive incoming leads through campaigns, business development reports, end-user customers and field partners. The expectation of an Account Representative is to grow and close services opportunities via the telephone and email which protect existing revenue sources as well as drive new ones. Inside Sales Account Representatives will work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management, outbound calls and weekly program follow ups with the partners.
