Sales Operations Manager with German language

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Running the day to day operational activity of the DCG business in the market. This will include the management of sales cadence and its KPI in the market i.e. Sell in/Sell out, Weeks of inventory, Channel activity and interlock with other Lenovo WW/EMEA and local functions as required. Other activities in the Market Operations role to be managed are I&C set up, sales territories management, Global Supply Chain priorities, load tracks, pipeline tracking and the driving of the business activity when the DCG leader is not available.

Self starting individual keen to support the driving the business.
- Understanding of the Lenovo KPIs, IT and Reporting systems
- Good communication and skills to engage senior management
- Capacity to engage and challenge peers and management when required to manage the business Operations
- High teaming skills, open to feedback and can do attitude
- Participate in performance evaluation and reviews associated with the Data Center Operations environment
- Organize and facilitate regular brainstorming sessions to maintain a list of ideas for driving the Data Center Operations towards the organizations objectives
- Report to upper management the Data Center Operations successes in meeting goals and objectives
- Provide upper management with weekly reports or ad hoc outlining the Data Center Operations teams weekly successes, risks, Initiatives, and business needs
- Enterprise server and Networking Experience
- Experience communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner with executives, non-technical leaders and internal customers
- Ability to research and solve complex problems and unusual challenges

Language skills : Fluent English and Fluent German is required
