• Exposure to EMEA would be highly advantageous (not only Slovakia, we are looking for recruiters who have been placing candidates abroad)
• Extraordinary time management skills,
• Self-motivated, outgoing and willing to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel and power point and Outlook

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting our Central (DACH, CZ+SK, PL) and South Region(IT, PT, ES, FR, IS), you will be responsible for a wide number of tasks and actions that will enable Lenovo to attract and recruit the best talent efficiently and quickly. From systems management to organization and data analysis tasks, through to the preparation of reports and on boarding, you will be a critical component Lenovo’s ability to be successful!

• Driving end to end hiring process
• Sourcing, selecting and interviewing candidates
• Working in partnership with hiring managers, HR business partners and Line of Business staffing colleagues across the company
• Managing employer branding activities on social media
• Creative sourcing and pipeline building of qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
• Developing long & short-term, cost-effective recruitment strategies
• Participation on worldwide talent acquisition projects
• Coordinating and scheduling phone and in-person interviews
• Posting, maintaining and refreshing job requisitions to various relevant academic and professional sites
• Track applicants using our ATS (People Fluent); maintain open requisitions and manage all candidate pipelines, ensure Recruiters are system compliant
• Create a high-touch, “best in class” candidate experience, treating all candidates with dignity and respect
• Attend career fairs when the opportunity is available
