• Track and communicate shipment progress
• Internal communication with Call Center Agents, DEPOT and Logistics controllers
• Troubleshooting with DEPOT and Logistics providers
• Volume and exception analysis
• Analyze /create and compare reports
• First contact point for Call Center / Back Office to resolve queries
