5 + years of Project or Business Management with demonstrated Real Estate Objectives and Outcomes.
Pan EMEA work experiences including travel and project delivery in foreign countries.

Coordination of lease transactions with worldwide Real Estate Brokers
Work includes:
• Interface with real estate brokerage companies to identify and qualify local brokers
• Develop local broker agreements for Lenovo approval
• Manage the Transaction process between the local broker and Lenovo
• Develop business case summaries for Lenovo approval

Coordination of new construction projects
Work includes:
• Interface with real estate brokerage companies to identify and qualify local project management team
• Develop local project management agreements for Lenovo approval
• Management of project management services contracts
• Budget Management
• Schedule Management
• Implementation of Design Standards
• Management of design services contracts
• Coordination with IT organization
• Security design reviews
• Coordinate Procurement reviews and approvals
• Occupancy planning and implementation
• Project close out coordination
