what will you do
As an intern student, you will be a part of our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. You will have an opportunity to see the entire recruiting process from the inside of a global company and try it on your own.
This internship is about your personal and career development. If you are proactive and willing to learn, you will have all the doors open.

Duration: at least 6 months
Job location: Lenovo (Bratislava, Slovakia) s.r.o.
Job duties:
- have a core responsibility for regional hiring activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
- manage and coordinate EMEA Hiring process in Lenovo
- participate in different recruitment projects
After completing the initial training program, the student will be assigned to a specific region within EMEA which he/she will support. Student will have the opportunity to participate in every stage of international recruiting.
The student will be responsible for:
- Communicating with hiring managers and recruiters about hiring initiatives
- Updating and managing social media
- Recruiting process for various positions – advertising position, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, phone screenings, scheduling interviews
- Coordinating the hiring process
- Organizing system set-up
- Leading the entire recruiting process for new interns (including personally leading the interviews and receiving feedback about their performance) and training his/her successors
Please be aware that this internship is UNPAID.
After the completion of the internship the student will have knowledge of regional recruitment processes and will develop skills in recruitment, organizing, communication and peer management.
Students are also welcome to come forward with their own initiative/project and the internship program is chosen individually according to the student needs or interests.
