what will you do

The position will be 100% dedicated to managing Lenovo Depot Operations and will reside in the Services Supply Chain organization of Lenovo.

1. Position Responsibility
The roles and responsibilities for the Depot supervisor are as follows:
• Vendor Management reporting
• Inbound/Outbound Volume
• TAT Metrics
• First Time Fix Metrics
• Aging Order Management
• Interface to Service Delivery Team and partner
• Communicating Performance
• Escalation Point
• Deal with queries in a competent and friendly manner
• Interface to Quality Inspection Team
• Collaboration for Corrective and Preventive Action

2. Business management system

Lenovo will schedule regular meetings/calls to manage the performance of and relationship with the Depot supervisor.
Meetings will include:
• Weekly 1:1 with direct manager
• Weekly Staff meeting with manager and peers
• Monthly Business Review / BMS KPI
• Equivalent-in-practice of OHRP and P3 bi-annual and annual reviews
