For our office in Germany / Oberursel, we are looking for a

JR Technical Account Manager (m/f)

• The TAM team is the technical interface to the local launch partners, and as such, there is a high level of launch partner interaction – both remote and at the launch partner site. The candidate would be the interface with a key account for technical issues at a local level and work closely with counterparts in other countries and undertake travel when necessary.
• Ensuring customized software is available in line with the agreed schedule
• Resolving defects raised by launch partner test teams by taking logs, etc
• Managing the SW release process with the launch partners and drive Technical approval with the launch partners
• Perform customer specific testing, take logs, communicate with development/feature teams and ensure issues follow-up
• Supports local team with handset customization for the planned models under his/her area of responsibility, including:
-Agree customization options with the customer and then liaise with the internal teams to ensure changes are implemented, etc.
• Provide technical information, samples upgrade/verification, participation in technical trials/demonstrations for customer(s) and account teams to maximize commercialization aspects

Position Requirements:
• Education: Engineering degree is required
• Kowledge of Android platform test and debug tools (HTML and Java programming skills is beneficial)
• High stress ability, flexibility, organizational skill set and team orientated
• Willingness to travel to launch partner locations and other Lenovo facilities when required
• Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite for this role
• Ability to work in very complex project environment
• Driving license 3
