- 3+ years of full-cycle, professional level recruiting experience
- Fluent English (oral and written)

what will you do

In EMEA Talent acquisition we are looking for a new colleague who will be part of the great team of 10 Recruiters and Coordinators. You will be responsible for hiring within 2 regions – UK &Nordic and therefore we expect you will be experienced in International recruitment/EMEA level.


What will you be doing?

- Attracting and recruiting top talents for Lenovo
- Selecting and interviewing candidates, understanding the business needs and partnering with the hiring managers / HR to fully understand the staffing strategy for the business
- Developing long and short-term, cost-effective recruitment strategies working in partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Proactively offering solutions, participating in client meetings, consulting with managers on hiring process and managing expectations
- Demonstrating advanced knowledge within recruitment and viewed as a trusted advisor
- Creatively sourcing qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels (social media, direct sourcing, internet, employee referrals, community, job fairs, etc.)
- Ensuring that Lenovo is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally
- Participating on worldwide talent acquisition projects
