This is temporary position for 1 Year contract.

Support Lenovo EMEA Services organization by facilitating changes and on-going development of Information Systems used.
Act as a knowledge hub navigating processes of Services teams and interlock with Lenovo BT/IT team to request, track, explain and promote any/all changes to Lenovo systems used and drive change and improvement.
Intervene in case of any issues occurring with Lenovo systems usage and offer most suitable resolution.
