Position Description
Leader for the centralized and local Depot Repair operations in the EMEA region.
Responsibility is to provide both strategic and tactical leadership to meet and exceed our customer and company expectations by running an efficient and optimized service network.
This role will manage vendors and internal operations to meet tactical KPI’s while also driving innovative and economic strategic projects to lower costs and drive efficiency.
Through the use of Metrics and KPI’s, the manager will lead a team to understand the daily, weekly, monthly performance and work with the vendors to ensure goals are exceeded.
This position is responsible for movement and repair of over 40,000 machines per month managed by multiple vendors in multiple countries.
