RTV/BLR Senior Manager will be responsible for E2E monitor & control the RTV process & result and control the board level repair TAT & yield

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Service readiness checking
• Develop the RTV IT solution with BT/IT
• E2E ODM/Vendor redemption execution & result
• Weekly vendor performance review
• E2E defective inventory control
• RTV & board level repair process fine tune
• WW policy alignment & execution

KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND INTERACTIONS:
• WW team for policy alignment & EMEA status update
• WW team for quality escalation & support request
• Cross tower communication to ensure the E2E alignment
