Bachelor degree above

5-10 years’ experience of sales/product management in PC industry

Knowledge of East region PC market and consumer behavior

Fluent English

HP sales/BM experience is preferred

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

what will you do

1. Drive region consumer NB business growth to achieve finance target.

2. Generate 4P campaign guidance, ensure product competitiveness, manage product/cost/funding resources.

3. Lead business case generation, review, monitoring, communication with sub-regions.

4. Lead coordination of E2E operation, such as supply demand, sell in, sell through in, inventory and sell out.

5. Drive market share hyper growth and consolidation in strategic countries.

6. Lead E2E operation of strategic biddings and projects.

KPI:

1. Region consumer NB volume/Rev/GP budget.

2. Region stretch target
