what will you do
This internship program is aimed at those want to start their HR career. Our Global Benefits Team is looking for a Benefits intern to support the day to day administrative processes across Europe, Middle East and Africa. As our intern you will get to work with a variety of our staff and take on the responsibility of your own set of real-life tasks. In Lenovo we never stand still. Working hours: 20 hours a week (flexible hours between 8:30-17:30)
Salary: Unpaid
What You Will Learn?
• How to handle employee/HR inquiries, provide guidance and direction on available and appropriate resources
• Calculate and enter salary payments and related withholdings for Payroll processing using HCMS
• Act as the benefits subject matter expert within the HR Service Center Team
• Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
• Generate monthly and ad hoc reports to ensure timely processing of plan enrollments/leavers/ changes
• Manage reconciliation of monthly billings and census lists
• Support plan audits
• Deliver communications and update Lenovo intranet
• Take care of other benefits related tasks as needed
