Marketing Programs & Operations Leader EET Region

who are we looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing or/and sales
• Good understanding of PC(TAB/SP) market
• General overview of marketing areas
• Analytical mind, and data focused approach
• Good communication skills, ability to influence & lead others
• Proven track record with driving multiple projects/tasks with deadlines and experience with a variety of consumer-oriented marketing channels (Web, direct mail, print advertising, etc) preferably within Poland, Czech Republic & Slovakia
• Self-motivated with ability to take initiative
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in Business English
• IT & electronic background

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

what will you do

Position Description
- Drive Retail Initiatives & Comarketing Programs across EET to support achievement of business objectives. Including, but not limited to effective “on-brand” comarketing management across the region, retail & etail presence development, merchandising, promoter and RSP programs. Focus on “winning the last mile” and effective demand generation (ROI).

- Drive Channel Programs and Develop Commercial End-User Communication to support achievement of business objectives. Support channel breadth, depth – drive channel/enduser direct communication, manage LPC. Cooperate with Commercial teams and Leaders, EMEA Channel team. Focus on leads generation.

- Support Global strategic initiatives – translate them into specific actions and programs across EET region that will lead to tangible results (i.e. “Big Play Campaigns”, Gaming, Workstations, etc.). Ensure compliance with WW Guidelines/Strategy, while trans-creating & adapting them to best support EAST/EET business development.

- Manage EET Marketing Operations & Budget Utilization:
* Ensure 100% utilization of available alliance funds and adherence alliance guidelines and audit requirements. Cooperate on this with the WW Alliance, Finance & Account Payables teams.
* Ensure process compliance across the region – preventing “bypass” situations in purchasing, invoicing, etc.
* Drive operational effectiveness – including, but not limited to optimizing our agencies/suppliers network (number of suppliers + expertise/professionalism), driving savings (i.e. on agency fees, commissions) and ensuring compliance to Lenovo guidelines and strategic directions. Cooperate with Procurement team on this task.
