Experience:
• Previous experience in handling financial claims or any kind of customer support experience.
Computer skills:
• Advanced MS Office user.
• Experience in databases, reporting tools, SAP is an advantage.

• Fluent English and German

what will you do

The AR / Financial Claims Analyst is responsible for collecting outstanding invoices that are owed to Lenovo and solving claims, assisting Lenovo customers across Europe on the claim process and claim management.
The responsibilities involve validating claims and disputes submitted from Lenovo customers , processing financial claims, preparing supporting documentation and issuing of credit notes if the request proofs as valid.
The verification process involves problem analysis, serial number analysis through various
databases and credit execution through SAP.

Main responsibilities
• Interface with Lenovo European Sales teams and customers about open invoices
• Liaise with customers under your responsibility about the payment plans, contact customers via telephone regarding overdue invoices
• Provides statements of account to customers
• Maintain departmental key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain trust between the AR team and the customer under your responsibility.
• Ensure that customer claims and disputes are processed in an accurate way and that they are paid in a
timely manner.
• Involvement in departmental projects e.g. process improvements, process adjustments.
