EBG EMEA Logistics Operations Controller

Lenovo is seeking a talented Logistics Operations Controller to support EMEA Enterprise Business Group (EBG) in Bratislava – Slovakia.
As Lenovo continues to gain momentum and market share in EBG, there is a vital need for logistics providers who can both support the current business requirements and assist Lenovo to accelerate to the next level and beyond.

Role

• Monitor and control outbound operations from European source
• Monitor and control EBG deliveries E2E by being primary contact point of escalation and issue resolution.
• Managing 3 PL/4 PL provider to ensure service level and ops targets are met.
• Identify areas of improvement for logistics network & drive for network improvements.
• Support daily operations by interfacing with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning outbound performance management for European SoS
• Owning E2E operational KPIs and drive for improvements
• Manage escalation of issues from Customer Fulfillment team & carriers.
• Work with carriers to develop and implement ongoing improvements and innovations to the service / network they provide to Lenovo.
• Provide data analysis to support projects related to optimize logistics solutions
• Help to identify cost initiatives and efficiencies within the processes.
