• Min 3 years of general administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise correctly;
• Self-motivator, able to perform with little supervision and work pro actively
• Understands high confidentiality level of the position
• Works in a professional and polite manner even under stress

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

what will you do

Primary Responsibilities of Personal Assistant consist of:
Calendar management: set up meetings & conference calls, manage calendar, prioritise meetings, liaise with other assistants, escalate meeting conflictions where necessary
Travel management: organise detailed travel itinerary (flights, taxis, hotels, meeting rooms, meeting agenda, online check in, expense claiming)
External visitors coordination: Responsible for high level executive meetings taking place in Bratislava location - arrange off site meetings when needed, organise catering, accommodation, transfers and other requirements as needed
Meeting room management: solve conflicts in meeting room bookings, make sure executive meeting rooms are in good shape, manage drop in offices
Other:
• Liaise and build relationship with external providers (taxi companies, hotels, catering companies etc.)
• Ad hoc personal assistant duties, general administrative support
• Manage calendar, organizing meetings, events, interviews, meeting rooms bookings
• Travel Management - organize travel, travel authorization
• Expense Reports
• Purchase Requests - issuing of purchase requests, follow-up, respective interactions with sourcing and suppliers
• Consolidation and distribution of reports upon request
