• Fluent in German and English
• Superior problem solving & analytical skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel (including macros) and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in developing and executing reports & dashboards from Salesforce.com would be an advantage
• Superior verbal and written communication skills & being a strong team player
• Successful track record in working remotely; ability to work proactively & autonomously
• Experience in summarizing, drawing conclusions and presenting data to leadership and sales management
• Flexible & open to change with a strong attention to detail

For our office in Bratislava, we are looking for a Junior Sales Operations Specialist who will play a key role in supporting the Sales organization with analysis and reporting and with the following areas of responsibility:

• Supporting the commissions team with data management and administrative tasks, managing sales and territory account changes and quota, tracking, and preparation of sales plans
• Working closely with the Finance team to ensure and assist with data quality, data accuracy and timely reporting
• Supporting the integration of new systems or programs that relate to business process management, compensation, analytics or other sales operations areas
• Develop Sales Planning templates and play an active role in the quarterly Sales Planning process by providing performance data

The Sales Operations Specialist will have a close & frequent relationship with:
- The Regional/Country Sales Director
- Country Sales Team & 4P Managers
- Pricing & Product Group Team
- Reporting Team
- Finance Team
- Other Team Members of the regional Ops Team
