• Project management experience required. Project Management Institute Certification is a plus

what will you do

The Acquisition Global Project Manager (GPM) is a specialized GPM who supports pre-win acquisition accounts and newly won accounts being onboarded. The Acq GPM also supports certain retention/development accounts as needed to integrate new requirements. Acts as the single point of contact for global operational execution and is responsible to lead and project manage the cross-functional, cross-geography team that supports their customer's total experience with Lenovo and Lenovo's international business partners.

Responsibilities
• Manages daily operational activities for pre-win acquisition accounts.
• Works closely with sales to project manage global activation/initial customer set up after contract signature
• Works with incoming Retention/Development GPM to ensure seamless transition from acquisition
• Teams with GAMs, RAMs and local sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Teams with geography and functional matrix organizations to support global customer operation and execution requirements
• Coordinates preparations and charts for global account governance reviews
• Tracks and manages all operational and technical issues to closure
• Maintains accurate and complete account records including communication plans, contact lists, revenue projections and capability gaps
• Presents account status in internal management system meetings
• Coordinates deliverables to support customer metrics reporting
• Communicates fulfillment performance and escalates as necessary with supply chain contacts
