•Act as primary contact for IBM X86 cash allocations & IBM AR escalations, perform deep analysis, propose and implement improvement action plan and report to line management / CFOs
•Co-ordinate and support all IBM X86 related processes within EMEA cash allocation / AR
•Lead regular reviews to discuss all open issues with responsible IBM X86 teams
•Interlock with other Lenovo care teams and ensure alignment of initiatives and responsibilities to increase customer satisfaction
•Proactively ask for feedback, analyze it and propose solutions to increase efficiency of cash/AR related processes
•Help to improve IBM Business Partners knowledge of Lenovo policies and processes to increase efficiency of communication between IBM Business Partner and Lenovo
•Regularly analyze and improve all open issues (especially open cash balances)
