who are we looking for

BA/BS degree - MBA a plus
• Proven track record of product management experience, ideally combined with sales
• 5-7 years experience
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to influence and secure cooperation from internal departments to ensure that campaigns are managed profitably and effectively
• Profound knowledge of IT market and enterprises expectations
• Excellent planning skills and proficient in analysing market data
• Strong ability to transform product attributes in meaningful benefits
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
• High comfort-level working in a global, diverse environment
• Experience with working for a Global employer is mandatory

what will you do

The EMEA Mid Market Portfolio Manager is responsible to support the Mid Market business with the
right product portfolio, planning, deliverables and processes.

Core responsibilities:

• Establish a business process to implement a meaningful portfolio for MM in the regions
• Work with product managers and 4P managers to understand the market and customer requirements
• Analyze sales out vs competition and identify gaps and opportunities
• Short term and long term planning of the transitions and impact on portfolio
• Work with MM leaders and 4P on how to plan with funnel management
• Establish a solid replenishment process to avoid channel shortages
• Work on deliverables to support Mid Market reps in their day to day business (product presentations, portfolio simplification, channel inventory …)
• Ensure LBP planning and execution fit together, look at the total portfolio margin optimization
• Work with 4P to define the right process to train MM reps and constantly update them with the right level of information
