what will you do

The role of the Field Logistics Project Manager is to restore customer satisfaction with customers through project management of field rework activities.
Main responsibility is related to:
- coordination of resources necessary to define field plan, mainly related to the warranty repair/rework of large quantity of PC products
- active cooperation with authorized service providers in EMEA regions
- define scope of work and drive negotiation with vendors to achieve best possible parts and rework cost
- work with remote vendors (China, Japan,…) in order to secure required supply of spare parts, negotiate the best price and leadtime for parts
- track the expenses and provide regular financial report, including forecast
- track the progress of each organized rework/order through final resolution
- responsibility to manage assigned Critical Situations, including direct communication with end customers and internal teams
