• BS degree in Computer Information Systems or related engineering field is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of experiences in data analytical position, Technical
• Strong communication skills

• Advanced MS Excel level experience, MS Access and other analytical tool is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis skills

• A demonstrated ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines

• Plan and prioritize time to ensure efficient delivery
• Fluent English is required and other language is a plus
• Cross cultural experience is preferred but not mandatory

what will you do

Lenovo’s Services Sales and Marketing is hiring a Services Portfolio Support Analyst for the development mission to support growth in Lenovo’s services sales mission. Primary responsibly will include internal support and data analyses aiming to increase efficiency and usability of data.

• Build and maintain services portfolio database.
• Creating of new entries to the database as well as regular maintenance.
• Run system queries on regular and ad hoc basis based on predefined structure.
• Deliver requested reports on time and within requested quality.
• Effective cross functional cooperation with other team and data synchronization.
• Participation on regular and irregular meetings / phone calls driving assigned tasks.
• Active participation and ownership in area of IT changes. Run several IT change projects. Collecting IT requirements, defining IT change tasks and managing coordination between all stakeholders.
• Testing new IT change implementation as well as bug report creation and reporting.
• Understanding the overall IT strategy and projects in various platforms.
• Build a strong working relationship with internal operation team and cross functional team to support the needs of various IT requests.
• Work across multiple teams, business units, and geographies to coordinate access to relevant information.
• Present findings to business and executive teams.
• Track and evaluate the success metrics of strategic projects that originate from strategist recommendations.
• Flag potential issues to management.
