who are we looking for

Experience Base
o 1-2 years Salesforce experience and/or experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, Apex
o Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks such as creating profiles, roles, users, page layouts, email services, approvals, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks and events
o Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce a plus
o Professional background related to any of the following areas: sales, sales operations, marketing, support, channel management, IT
o Data management skills, including advanced Excel
o MS Office tools

Skills required:
o English language – advanced level
o Strong communication skills (verbal / presentations) – it is a key for the successful candidate
o Complex research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills

Education:
o IT University degree and/or equivalent technical experience

what will you do

EMEA-wide support of system administration management in Sales CRM processes supporting applications of SalesForce.com, in a project driving Lenovo Sales and Marketing strategy into execution. Responsible for SFdc system configuration and administration to support EMEA Sales Operations across multiple sub-regions.

Key Areas of responsibility

o Data management and transformation requirements from EMEA Sales Operations
o Advise, develop, plan, implementation and provide technical direction for assigned process areas within operational support
o Identification and solution of business transformation process improvements and problem management
o Ongoing maintenance/improvement of the business process and deployed solutions
o Guide and assist in conducting reviews, problem analysis and development of solutions and processes
o Recommend proper technology and procedures to be utilized – plan, develop and prepare presentations of various proposals, systems solutions, objectives, organization and scheduling of assigned projects.
o Assist with ongoing data reporting / dashboarding solutions as the end data solution is being established so business can maintain/grow with a focus on SFdc functions.
o Assist with plan and development of appropriate education of processes for customers and company personnel. Assist in teaching teachers the use and implementation of application processes within the area of process responsibility.
