Customer Complaint Resolution Owner - Turkish language

who are we looking for

Self-starter with strong bilingual (English and Turkish) verbal and written communication skills. Experience with and/or knowledge of Lenovo PC products to include technical problem determination / recognition. Candidate must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and attend to details. Candidate must also have the ability to create positive customer interactions regardless of negotiation outcomes to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Candidate should have the ability to respond to periods of high volume and high stress.

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Turkish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Professional Customer Relationship Management position that interfaces directly with Lenovo customers to negotiate and resolve complaint escalations regarding technical support, product quality, sales experience, fulfillment delays, etc.
