HRIS Senior Specialist

who are we looking for

Well knowledge on management information system and HR/Finance business
English could be used as major working language and good at cross-culture teamwork communications with different timezone
5 years or above work experiences on HR/OA system related, have practices in MNC or global company. Deep experience in HR system administration,configurations and operations support.
Know at least world-class HR platform like as Workday, SAP, Oracle/PeopleSoft,etc. Familiar with cloud and self service model.
Very good professional skills like as strong ownership, customer service orientations, learning skill. Good at time and presure management, and be very independent and self driving to push objectives move forward with high efficency.
Good logical thinking, team cooperation capability. Enjoy on communication and presentation, keep flexible and like resolve problems end2end with good coordinating.

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

what will you do

1. Take charge of day2day HRIS Operations support for EMEA & AG
Handle day2day Case assigned by HR service center with well match SLA and SCAT target
Supports Lenovo Core HR system(Workday) HCM/Busines Process and security administration part
Supports Lenovo Recruiting system(Peoplefluent) and end2end hire process from integration and system perspectives
Leads business requirments analysis and troubleshooting for issue, coordinate the system design and implementation partnership with other HRIS members and deliver result to customer/users.
2. Take charge part of key HR project and systems enhancement program
Work with global team, take part of HRIS role and responsiblity for key HR project like as M&A
Work with HRIS members, contribute on systems enhancement program via design, configuration, testing and training/communications.
3. HRIS coordinator btw EMEA customers/stakeholders and the whole HRIS team
Partnership with EMEA team and support on EU data privacy events from HRIS operations perspective
Fully understand EMEA business requirements and handle HRIS case which need deal with urgently or locally
Take as brige between EMEA based customers/stakeholders and the whole HRIS team members, and make sure EMEA customers/user well knows HRIS team and platform.
4. Contribute to global HRIS operation continous improvement
Particpate the redesign on HRIS operation process, HRIS knowledge base set up and update, and also keep flexibility to pick up other teamwork as needed
