Accounts Receivable Collector/ Claims Analyst - French/ Italian language

Minimum Education:
University degree • Preferred Education:
University degree – Master degree, Economics / Finance
Preferred Experience: 1-2 years experience in related customer support area or equivalent, experiences with improvement of processes or active part in projects


IT skills
• MS Excel – advanced (pivot tables and charts)
• MS PowerPoint - advanced
• MS Access - advantage
• experience with SAP - advantage

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

what will you do

AR Ops Specialist will be the first contact point for customer he/she will interact with both external and internal customers on a daily basis, he/she must have ability to provide guidance and seek data input from various sources. He/she must have ability to present results and analysis and propose recommendation and communicate with detailed arguments to both Business Partners and also line management. He/she must be able to use tailor communications to the audience with limited direction and assistance and also communicate with internal and external customers from different countries, with language, culture and business environment differences.
