Lenovo is seeking a talented Logistics Operations Coordinator to support EMEA Enterprise Business Group (EBG) in Bratislava – Slovakia.
As Lenovo continues to gain momentum and market share in EBG, there is a vital need for logistics providers who can both support the current business requirements and assist Lenovo to accelerate to the next level and beyond.

Role

• Monitor and control EBG deliveries E2E by being primary contact point of escalation and issue resolution.
• Identify areas of improvement for logistics operations.
• Support daily operations by interfacing with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis to support projects related to optimize logistics solutions
• Work close with several teams to compile data for operational KPIs, help to analyse issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Manage escalation of issues from carriers and customers.
• Identify, drive and implement cost initiatives and efficiencies within the processes.
• Support operations BMS with relevant data request
• Work with carriers to develop and implement ongoing improvements and innovations to the service / network they provide to Lenovo.
