who are we looking for

To have a minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or finance
To have an experience of 3 years in a technology industry
To provide example of setting successful and effective processes
To have examples of managing business process improvement across multiple functions
To have example to manage effective relationship with multi-cultural teams
Fluent in English

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

what will you do

Owns the CTO list pricing strategy and operations for Lenovo EMEA.
•Develops sustainable procedures to allow effective pricing and productivity
•Manages the quarterly pricing cycles, delivers the required analysis,
•Support the 4P managers in defining the right discount level for the channel partners
•Look at cost accuracy, work with finance to fix gaps in the system.
•Provide insights to the business in terms of cost trends and advise on commodities choice to achieve competitive position
•Manage the pricing data in the systems : defines processes, controls , approvals to load pricing data in systems
•Provide requirements to IT in term of system to support better pricing decision and efficiency in the pricing team
•Provide to the bid pricing team a guidance on level of relationship discount by product line to support the Rx business models P&L
•Implement the right processes to measure our price position vs market – perform that activity with objective to drive efficiency

Business management system: manage and improve the BMS for measuring key performance indicators (KPI's) driving success. Implement systems and process to reinforce accountability, ownership, planning, improvement – Drive the Lenovo way into our pricing function

Planning :
•Plan activities on a quarterly basis, linked to the campaign planning in the Transactional Business Model, P&L cycles
•Organize team and split work to achieve better coverage of products, countries, activities
•Work with the BU Directors and 4P Director to assess impact of product launches and campaign refresh on the pricing team activities
