Job duties:
- have a core responsibility for regional hiring activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
- Manage and coordinate EMEA Hiring process in Lenovo
The student will be responsible for:
- Communicate with managers about hiring initiatives
- Document the positions and upload them to Lenovo.sk webpage
- Advertising regional Lenovo jobs to various social media
- Screening CVs
- Coordinate the hiring process and hiring board
- Organize system set-up
- collecting feedback on hiring process
- Scheduling interviews
- Train his/her successors
After the completion of the internship the student will have knowledge of regional recruitment processes and will develop skills in recruitment, organizing, communication and peer management.
Duration: 8 – 10 months
