AWSP Claims Administrator

who are we looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with administration systems, administering warranty claims.

They should be able to demonstrate that they:
- Can communicate effectively by telephone and email
- They focus on the customer, and understand their actions impact customer satisfaction
- Are alert to the potential for fraud
- Are able to solve problems for the service partners

Essential Qualifications
The candidate should be able to communicate proficiently in English and preferably one other European language such as: French, Italian, German or Spanish.

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

what will you do

- A multilingual team responsible for ensuring AWSP (Authorised Warranty Service Provider) claims are processed efficiently and addressing any issues that arise.

- Respond to validation issues highlighted by MySAP:
Request Proof of purchase for Out of Warranty / Machine not found
Confirm Service Partner education and authorisation to repair.
Authorise Multiple Part or Repeat claims

- Update database when proof of purchase received

- Update the MySAP claim management system:
For “clean” claims to move to close and pay
For part not returned / part returned damaged / part returned late – move to close and bill AWSP at Spare Part Rate
For “not authorised” move to close and no labour payment

- Manage daily anomalies with the system.

- For geographies that require signed paper transactions:
Update MySAP Claims system from received paper / fax submissions
