We are looking for:
1. Self confident experienced HR professional who has experience from HR field and was a manager
2. Open minded person with passion for running a site
3. Person who is well connected to the new HR trends
4. Person who will drive improvements and come with new ideas
5. Team player and excellent manager
6. It is highly desirable if the candidate has provided HR support in a shared service, call centre or manufacturing facility
7. Must have worked in a complex, and changing environment, where HR is a leading change agent
8. Self driven and motivated
9. Fluent English
10. Experience from business is advantage

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

KEY TASKS AND AREAS OF FOCUS:
• Be a key member of the leadership team providing high quality advice and guidance to the team, and being the voice of HR in senior management deliberations and decisions.

• Be a key member of the HR team in EMEA, working with others in the team to provide a co-ordinated HR service to all employees, producing a common view of Lenovo as an employer across the world.

• Be a People Manager of Bratislava HR Team

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Manage all HR issues, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, discipline and grievance, recruitment and employee and manager development

TALENT
Manage talent through all stages from recruitment, through training and development, to pipeline for senior roles; thus ensuring we have the right talent in place at the right time to achieve our business objectives.

Work with others to create a Lenovo culture by implementing a common set of values that guide how employees need to work, treat others and be treated.

POLICY DEVELOPMENT
Develop and maintain effective strategies, policies and practices in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training.

WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT
Manage the relationship with contract staff suppliers, working with Manufacturing and Procurement teams to ensure an adequate supply of staff at the appropriate cost
