Experience:
• Previous HR Admin experience is welcomed

• Excellent Communication Skills since this person will be in regular contact with the Bratislava employee base
• MS Office user
• Fluent English (oral and written)

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

what will you do

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
• Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments and onboardig material
• Handling the internal referral program
• Working with internal systems, databases
• Advertising regional Lenovo jobs to Job Portal
• Maintain employee records
• Liaise with employees to respond their queries/requests
• Administration support of HR department
• Management of income confirmation to Banks
• Prepare and proceed invitaton letters


• This will be a contractor position employed by a personal agency working for Lenovo.
• The position is suitable for a fresh Graduate
