EMEA Services Operations Data Specialist - 12-month contract

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VBA & Macros nice to have)
• Database skills: MS Access, SQL, Brio (Hyperion) would be advantage
• Communication Skills (presenting over the phone, taking requirements, having discussions with people abroad)
• Very good organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking
• Fluent business English skills both written and verbal

Experience:
• 1-3 years of reporting experience preferably in the IT industry
• Knowledge of Services Operations and Finance would be a big advantage

Behaviour:
• Must be able to work independently without close supervision
• Be able to work under pressure

University education (Bachelor's degree)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
• We are looking for Data Specialist to run regular operational reports to support the EMEA Services BMS, WW Operations BMS and various projects and initiatives
• From time to time there will be a need to create/run ad-hoc analysis based on defined requirements from internal stakeholders

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Run regular and ad-hoc operational reporting
• Make sure the data are in required quality and delivered on time
• Gather business requirements and work with reporting developers to improve the reports

KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND INTERACTIONS:
• EMEA Services Leadership & Service Delivery Teams
• WW Service Operations Team

KPIs:
• Deliver reports based on schedule and in required quality
• Support different projects and initiatives with ad-hoc analysis delivered on time
• Perform all regular tasks according to agreed timelines
• Follow all processes and make sure documentation is up to date
