Servises sales registration account manager - with French

who are we looking for

Self-starter with strong bilingual (English and French) verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with and/or knowledge of Lenovo PC products (also services)
Candidate must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and attend to details.
Candidate must also have the ability to create positive customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
Knowledge of SAP, Outlook and MS Office
Customer orientation
1-2 years of experience with upsell services
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
Strong sense of urgency to resolve critical customer services registration issues
Strength in teamwork but being able to work/ act independently as well
Project management experience
Strong analytical skills
Can do attitude and positive approach

Required education

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Upper intermediate (B2)

what will you do

EMEA Warranty and Registration Team Mission
Manage the Service Sales Registration program and Registration support for EMEA geography making sure that the Lenovo systems are updated with correct warranty entitlements and the upgrade/extension products are registered against related units
Drive the Warranty and Registration team’s service speed and quality, customer experience, cost effectiveness and improved relationships with Lenovo customers.
Continue Services Sales Registration improvement so that we deliver excellent business partner and customer satisfaction in this area.

Responsibilities
Regularly engage with key business partners/resellers to register purchased upgrades
Provide support to all the BPs in the Regions
Monitor and follow up on technical issues: PEW, i-Base, SAP, Web based portals…
Engage the relevant teams to support BP’s questions and issues related to services
Engage the Registration and Warranty Support team (Wicresoft) and drive resolution for escalations
