who are we looking for
• Previous experience in customer support / services area
• Experience from a corporate environment is a plus
• Effective communication skills by email and phone
• Responsible, acting with sense of detail and urgency
• Self-motivated with ability to take initiative
• Able to work independently
• Good level of spoken and written English
• German/French/Italian advantage
• Previous experience with warranty systems would be an advantage
• Advanced Excel Skills

what will you do
• Assigns correct base warranty to new systems.
• Validates customer warranty requests in accordance with Warranty Policies.
• Updates warranty systems with correct warranty entitlements in case of replacements.
• Proactively cooperates with other Lenovo teams to make sure all products have the correct warranty assigned.
• Participates in all process/system changes related to base warranty.
• Reports monthly on the warranty system updates.
• Liaise with other Lenovo teams within Services organization to resolve any front-end issues related to base warranty.
