In order to be effective in providing medical care to our patients, our teams always need staff that take care of the technical side of the project. Now WE ARE LOOKING FOR experienced professionals with background in CONSTRUCTIONS or ARCHITECTURE.

► CONSTRUTION ENGINEERS and ARCHITECTS often work in countries which are in the rehabilitation phase after a war. They plan, carry out and oversee the development or reconstruction of healthcare facilities. They negotiate with national contractors and suppliers, order necessary materials and oversee their use. They must also hire local staff and are responsible for guidance and supervision of these employees.

OUR REQUIREMENTS
• Completed vocational training in architecture or civil engineering
• At least 2-years work experience in a relevant field
• Work experience from developing country
• Improvisational and mechanical skills
• Active knowledge of English and/or French
• Be willing to work in potentially unstable environments and adhere to security rules
• Available to leave for a mission of 2 to 6 months

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
consists of the following steps:
1. Attendance at an information evening where you can learn more about the organization and its work, and speak with experienced field personnel regarding the roles in the field.
2. After screening of your application, you will be invited for a written test.
3. All candidates must then take part in an interview and assessment in our Vienna office.
