Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main responsibilities:
* Manage process in scope to provide seamless business process performance and results
* With guidance from the Global Process Head specify process in scope, integrate them into the end-to-end process and provide process documentation within the global frameworks
* Manage business plan and budgets for process in scope in alignment with Center Operations Lead
* Ensure appropriate information, communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders (e.g. teams, GPH, Center Operations Lead)
* Ensure continuous process improvement and innovation and alighn them with GPH. Translate strategic imperatives and global innovations into actual process improvements.
* Managing Hire to Retire processes - talent acquisition and recruiting, employee services, HR administration, learning administration, HR IT support (team of 13-15 people)

* Experience in Human resources (recruiting, talent acquisition, learning, training)
* Experience in managing people
* Fluent German and English knowledge
* Customer oriented approach
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Active and positive approach to work
* Willingness to travel
* Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
