• Full understanding of Legal Requirements for Seat Components
• Package of Structures and Components in 3D CAD
• Check and convert CAD Data
• Profound knowledge of 3D based CAD systems (CATIA V5 or NX Siemens- Unigraphics)
• Understand Product Lifecycle Management Systems (PLM)
• Digital MockUp Analysis
• Feasibility Study
• Design of specific components
• Layout on specific components
• Responsible for background content, i.e. vehicle environment data
• Follow up design tasks pertaining to assigned design requests
• Interface with team members, i.e. offshore, customer etc
• Complete design requests within the planned hours
• Assist creation of component/system DFMEA
