Job description, responsibilities and duties
Reporting to our Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the successful launch of a major project supplying a key OEM Customer. You will be responsible for overseeing the change management process and its implementation as well as taking an active lead in increasing efficiency within plant processes.
**this role will be a 12-18 month project assignment. Upon completion and successful launch of the project, further opportunities within Lear will be discussed with the candidate but cannot be guaranteed at this stage**
