Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Program Manage new projects in the Metals Group
• Managing the introduction of new seat launches in the Presov plant
• Leading the program team to deliver timing/cost/product performance objectives
• Controlling, tracking and reporting program status throughout the program life
• Defining workload and resource requirements in conjunction with Functional Departmental Managers to deliver the program
• Establishing and building effective customer interfaces
• Ensuring all relevant Lear procedures are followed when delivering the program
• Management of RFQ system and control of budgets
• Managing APQP & Launch Review Process
• Management of timing plans from functional depts. and ensuring activities are unblocked where required
• Management of gateway reviews to ensure all issues are closed in the LPMP (Lear program management process) phases
• Reporting to Group Head of Programs
