Duties you will be responsible for:
• Managing data related to various HR processes such as Payroll, pensions, employee records, fleet management, etc.
• Managing and responding to employee queries related to your area of responsibility, including handling urgent issues as they arise
• Updating related process documentation, maintaining and preparing SLA and Client reports both regular and ad-hoc
• Performing additional tasks as set by Team Lead and acting as their backup on operational level tasks giving you a chance to develop leadership skills

Requirements for the employee

Minimum education required
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Skills
Language skills:
English - advanced
Personality requirements and skills
You will have:
• Previous experience in a data admin position within Payroll, HR, Finance, or other related areas; we will also consider candidates with no experience but with a relevant university level degree
• Fluent in English and with strong working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Dutch, German, French; knowledge of Czech is not essential
• Good computer skills: competent in the use of MS office package, previous experience of working with SAP will be an advantage
• Experience of working with databases and running reports will be an advantage
