We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified team of chefs to assist in running our busy restaurant kitchen. Our restaurant offers a fine dining experience with attention to detail featuring high quality modern International cuisine, with an emphasis on fabulous char- grilled meats and fish. The successful applicant will have previous experience:
• Managing a busy kitchen
• Setting menus and food pricing
• Ordering and monitoring supplies
• Rostering staff
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers. A good command of spoken English is essential.
