As a Data Analysis intern, you will understand the scope of Root Analytics for Incidents, Business Analytics and Analytical Thinking. In the era of accelerated digital transformation, the demand for analytical skills is prevalent.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are interested in analytics skills, business analytics, analytics in excel, you are eager to learn about SQL, DBs and SAP or new data platforms – You are someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you are open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Required Skills and Experience
- Working towards or completed an associate or bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Statistics, Economics or Data Analysis
- Knowledge of Information Systems, Business Analytics, and Big Data
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and an ability to distill complex issues
Preferred Skills and Experience

- Data management and analysis with structured and unstructured datasets
- Data governance tools, especially Collibra
- Programming languages: Python, Scala, Java, SQL
- Cloud platform environments: MS Azure
- API development and integration
- Microsoft Access, Excel, and Power BI
