Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is based in Bratislava within the finance team, working closely and reporting to the finance manager. The tasks include:
• Preparation of regular reports , presentation of monthly results
• Preparation of the Annual Budget & Forecast in cooperation with managers
• Cash-flow forecast preparation
• Regular & Ad-hoc financial analysis for management
• Controlling of monthly figures, comparison with the Budget & Forecast
• Identifying variances and their reasons
• Bringing creative solutions to make processes more efficient – suggesting systematic improvements, new methods
• Internal controls on finance department
• Leading Ad-hoc projects
• Close cooperation with business unit managers, communication with internal clients, with auditors
• Super user for the accounting/reporting system
