Job description, responsibilities and duties

Based in the new Bratislava office in Polus Tower II, the successful candidate will be responsible for covering technical and organisational needs of the office as follows:

• Ordering and distributing office and stationary supplies
• Fleet management - purchase, maintainance, service appointments
• Mobile phones - ordering, consumption analysis
• Coordinating maintainance and cleaning company
• Facility contracts - registration, archiving
• Mail management - registration, distribution
• Support with organising company events
• Responsible for the professional appearance of common areas
• Deputising the Receptionist in case of sick leave and holiday
The working time of this position is for 6 hrs/per day .
