Job description, responsibilities and duties
Based in the Bratislava office, the successful candidate will work part-time and support the HR Manager in the following areas as follows:
Recruitment:
Payroll:
Learning and Development:
Other HR tasks
Recruitment:
- scheduling interviews, CV pre-selecting candidates, managing database
- publishing and updating advertisements on job boards, and companies website
- organization support of recruitment database, job ads
- preparation materials for AC/DC, assisting during AC/DC
Payroll:
- scanning payroll data and filing accordingly
Learning and Development:
- updating development database
- support with preparing training materials
- preparing and providing organisational support during adaptation days
- preparing and providing organisational support of training courses – materials, accommodation, training room
Other HR tasks
- preparing HR reports and statistics
- preparing and publishing internal newsletters
- other needed administrative work in HR department
