Job description, responsibilities and duties

Based in the Bratislava office, the successful candidate will work part-time and support the HR Manager in the following areas as follows:

Recruitment:
  • scheduling interviews, CV pre-selecting candidates, managing database
  • publishing and updating advertisements on job boards, and companies website
  • organization support of recruitment database, job ads
  • preparation materials for AC/DC, assisting during AC/DC

Payroll:
  • scanning payroll data and filing accordingly

Learning and Development:
  • updating development database
  • support with preparing training materials
  • preparing and providing organisational support during adaptation days
  • preparing and providing organisational support of training courses – materials, accommodation, training room

Other HR tasks
  • preparing HR reports and statistics
  • preparing and publishing internal newsletters
  • other needed administrative work in HR department

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Experienced HR specialist on maternity leave or University student (Personal management or Psychology)
• Well developed communication skills – verbal and written, ability to communicate in a diverse environment on a professional level
• Excellent written and spoken English and Slovak, good German is an advantage
• A team player with strong numeric skills
• Independent and iniciative personality, self motivated with a hands-on approach
• Organized and detail oriented personality
• Good user level of MS Office is a must (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
• High standards of confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Eagerness to learn and gain experience in the field of HR
