Job description, responsibilities and duties

The successful candidate will be a member of the Sales & Marketing team based in the Bratislava office, reporting to both National Sales Managers of SK and CZ and also to the Regional Sales Controller based in Vienna.

Responsible for sales planning/controlling tools, this position will support sales related planning processes and analysis as described below:

• Implements the Sales Performance Measurement System, followed by monthly maintenance and update of reports
• Implements the EEU Incentive Plan
• Provides reports and analysis to support the Sales Managers in target setting process/budgeting
• Implements the sales targeting tool, followed by regular maintenance and update
• Reports analysis’s results to the National Sales Managers and Regional Sales Controller
• Supports the National Sales Managers in measuring and analyzing the country’s sales growth contribution and target achievement in progress
• Enforces compliance rules regarding sales related admin and sales finance processes
• Supports implementation, development and maintenance of CRM system
• Provides assistance to all national users in CRM related issues
• Provides trainings to the new CRM users

• Min. of 1 year of experience in Sales, Operations or Finance required
• Excellent professional communication skills – verbal and written, ability to communicate in a diverse environment on a professional level
• Excellent written and spoken English and Slovak
• A team player with strong analytical skills
• Independent and iniciative personality, self motivated with a hands-on approach
• Organized and detail oriented personality
• Good user level of MS Office is a must
• High standards of confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Available for business travels
