Job description, responsibilities and duties

Reporting to both the National Manager for Sales & Marketing and Regional Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe, the role of the Marketing Manager is to manage and execute all marketing activities in order to support Sales and business units targets. The tasks and responsibilities are:

• Prepares and implements marketing and communication structure (incl. marketing and business plan and budget) in alignment with country sales strategy and regional marketing targets
• Supports the development of marketing concepts/sales campaigns for the complete product and service portfolio of the company
• Creates address lists of current customer and potential customers as base to drive sales campaigns through sales team
• Creates necessary tools in order to support sales team: presentations, leaflets, brochures, videos, advertising, etc.
• Developes intranet pages, provides and improves content and structure according to regional guidelines
• Supports press work (press release, press story, press distribution list) following corporate and regional
• Communicates and monitors marketing plan and reports these to country and regional levels
• Market inteligence - such as competitor analysis, market development trends within particular industries sectors, identification of the potential customers and business within the market
• Organises customer events, fairs and exhibitions in line with marketing plan
• Enhances the communication flow with the business units
• Supports country and regional projects

• Min. of 3 years of marketing experience within a business field
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, ability to communicate in a diverse environment on a professional level
• Fluent in English, fluent in Slovak
• Strong analytical skills, excellent planner, excellent presentation skills
• Independent and iniciative personality, self motivated and driven
• Strong team player and networker
• Customer and market oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• High level of creativity
• Strong user of MS Office is a must, ability to pick up easily new software and IT tools, experience with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, Google Analytics, any Content Management System is an advantage
